Issue/Introduction
You need to determine if a machine meets the requirements for using the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) remote Java console.

Requirements:
Should match the SEP client system requirements SEP 14 Windows Client System Requirements
Needs to not have 32 bit Java installed – only 64 bit version of Java. On 64-bit systems that have installed both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Java Runtime Environment (JRE), you must first uninstall the 32-bit version.
Current version of Java needed is Oracle Java 8, Update 111 or later.
On Microsoft Windows Server 2008, and Windows 7, you must have administrative privileges on the computer where you install the remote console and you must run it using administrative privileges. After you install the remote console, you can configure the console icon or Start menu item to launch using your administrative privileges. To configure the Properties, right-click the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Console icon on the Windows Desktop or the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Console item on the Start menu, and click Properties > Advanced > Run as Administrator.
