Symantec Encryption Desktop (SED) - 10.4.1 - Standalone on three computers
FileShare on a NetApp server

When attempting to decrypt a file or folder on the FileShare it fails with an error stating:
"Windows cannot open the folder.
The Compressed (zipped) folder \\netapp01\>path>\<filename>.zip is invalid."

They can copy the file to the local desktop and decrypt it.

Windows cannot open the folder.
The Compressed (zipped) folder \\netapp01\<path>\<filename>.zip is invalid.


The Operational Lock (oplock) on the NetApp was preventing the decryption of the FileShare.


Disable/delete the oplock on the NetApp server.
