Issue/Introduction

You have been locked out of your Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition cloud (SEP SBE) Management Console.

"Your account has been locked. Please contact the administrator."

Cause

You have entered the incorrect credentials in your SEP SBE Management Console five times.

 

Resolution

Wait for the lockout to expire or log in to SEP SBE Management Console with another administrative user, go to, "Users" tab, Select the affected account and under, "Status" select, "Unlock Account".

If you do not have another administrative user account that can be used, contact Technical Support to create a case and have a technician assist you in unlocking the account.
