Why closed alerts not display on WCC Web GUI

Issue/Introduction

Where can I list the history of alerts which were closed from the view?

Environment

WCC 11.4 and 12.0

Resolution

By default alert policy has only status open and acknowledged selected.

From WCC --> Monitoring  --> Alerts Policies

-- Edit the alert policy and ensure CLOSED is also selected as shown below.

- Click on the Status field there are 3 choices (OPENED, ACKNOWLEGED,CLOSED)

-  then click Save and refresh.

Now you will see the closed Alerts  as well
