Does the Protection Engine SDK have functionality for monitoring the load on the scanners?

Issue/Introduction

The question arise how to check if the scanner currently in use is overloaded or otherwise not available.  This can allow for fail over behavior to an additional scanners. 

Resolution

The API supplied automatically uses round Robin between all the supplied scanners. It is recommend to use two or more scanners in your connector.
