In WebEx, the Upload Files operation does not work, but users can still share files.
 

This occurs if the appliance is not licensed for both Blue Coat WebFilter (BCWF) and Intelligence Services.

The ProxySG appliance recognizes two sets of WebEx operation controls. One set comes with the BCWF license and the other set comes with Intelligence Services license.

WebEx operation controls with a BCWF license: 

• Login 
• Join Meeting 
• Host Meeting 

• Share Application 
• Upload Files 

To have all WebEx operation controls, you require valid license for both content filters and their respective databases must be downloaded to the appliance.
