Webex meetings either take a long time to open in your browser, or never finish loading. You may also see the error, "Having trouble joining the meeting?"
You have ICAP and SSL interception enabled on the Symantec ProxySG and Symantec Advanced Secure Gateway (ASG) appliance.
You likely have ICAP and SSL interception enabled, although this may not be the only cause. The Webex service is not compatible with ICAP scanning. Loading the meeting can be considered as streaming.
Content Analysis and ProxySG wait for the complete meeting data to download before analyzing and approving, which never occurs.
Disable ICAP scanning for the Webex domain name. You can add the following to a Content Policy Language (CPL) layer in your Visual Policy Manager (VPM), or in your Local Policy:
