On the 'Edit Parmlib Member SETUP' panel for the relevant subsystem, Press HELP (PF1) for valid values:

On the Install 'Edit Parmlib Member SETUP - Help' panel, select '3 DB2 Subsystem Version and Mode':

NF(N) New function not activated
NF(Y) New function activated
