Why are CA Common Services messages not found when searching for them with the highest level (top left) search box in DocOps?
According to CA Information Engineering, CA Common Services has so many messages that the content needs to be stored in the Messages DocOps space which is separate from the CA Common Services DocOps space. This separation improves the wiki performance. Therefore, you will need to use the Message Reference search box (as shown below) to find a CA Common Services message.
