Various site requests (HTTP and HTTPS) going through the cloud service are redirected to notify.bluecoat.com. This ordinarily occurs when Web Security Service (WSS) has Captive Portal enabled for a specific location (Service > Network > Locations) and the Auth Connector has not been installed or is disconnected.

Verify Auth Connector shows as connected (Service > Authentication > Status) and with a green indicator. If you are not seeing Auth Connector connected, this may require restarting the BCCA service or reinstalling Auth Connector to achieve a (green) connection. For each listed location (Service > Network > Locations), verify that Captive Portal is disabled. This stops the error from occurring if you cannot immediately get the AC to connect successfully.
