Issue/Introduction

When a license file is uploaded to the the Malware Analysis Appliance, an error such as Bad Request is displayed

Resolution

When a license file is uploaded to the the Malware Analysis Appliance, an error such as Bad Request is displayed. To address this,

  1. Ensure that the license file is provided by Symantec.
  2. Ensure that a supported web browser is used. A warning is displayed on the login page when an unsupported browser is used. Supported web browsers are :
- Internet Explorer 10 and later versions
- Firefox 6 and later versions
- Chrome 14 and later versions
- Safari 5 and later versions
- Opera 12 and later versions
