When a license file is uploaded to the the Malware Analysis Appliance, an error such as Bad Request is displayed. To address this,
- Ensure that the license file is provided by Symantec.
- Ensure that a supported web browser is used. A warning is displayed on the login page when an unsupported browser is used. Supported web browsers are :
- Internet Explorer 10 and later versions
- Firefox 6 and later versions
- Chrome 14 and later versions
- Safari 5 and later versions
- Opera 12 and later versions
