Yes you can multiple CA LDAP started tasks within the same SYSPLEX.

It would make sense if each CA LDAP had a different backend like TSS, Datacom or DB2.

Its redundant if multiple CA LDAPs pointed to the same backend, but you can. Generally speaking, you want on CA LDAP for each unique backend for efficiency.
