CAS fails to restore backup returning error "RAW {status: 500 status Text: Internal Server Error}

Issue/Introduction

CAS allows you to export a config.xml file with the configuration settings so that these can be restore back to the device or to another device if needed. however for this to work properly the two devices must be running the same version of CAS

Cause

Customer had collected the config.xml file fromĀ  1.2.x version of CAS and was restoring it to a 1.3 version of CAS, In order for the restore to work correctly it must be restored to the same version of CAS

Resolution

Make sure the config is taken from the same version of CAS as the device to which it is to be restored
