Where to find MIB files for the PacketShaper

Issue/Introduction

The Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) is a widely used method of monitoring computer networks. The Packetshaper measurement engine collects data on the traffic flowing through the PacketShaper. You can access this information using your SNMP network management application to poll the appliance. You will need the PacketShaper MIB files to do so.
 

Resolution

We used to publish the MIB files next to the image files in the download site. However, due to transition of the Support download sites, and also the transition of the Web sites itself, you may or may not be able to find the MIB files in the download site. Here are the files that we publish:

BLUECOAT-PACKETSHAPER-S-SERIES-MIB
BCSI-MIB
BLUECOAT-PACKETSHAPER-S-SERIES-RTM-MIB
