Issue/Introduction
ProxySG fail to upload the access-log into external HTTP Server. It triggered the following error message in the eventlog: 2015-10-01 00:00:07 UTC "Failure Base64 encoding HTTP header." 0 E000A:1 alog_stream_http.cpp:199 2015-10-01 00:00:07 UTC "Access Log HTTP (main): Error occurred creating http headers. Closing connection." 0 E000A:1 alog_stream_http.cpp:513
Cause
It hits the known bug (bug#227943 / bug#225148) where the access log upload may fail when using HTTP Basic authentication credentials encoded with Base64.
Resolution
The bug has been fixed in 6.5.8.8 / 6.6.3.1 or above.
