How to configure LDAP users as Content Analysis administrators.

Resolution

Below are the steps to setup LDAP authentication on Content Anlaysis (CA)

• Navigate to Settings > Users > LDAP Settings in the Web GUI on the CA.
• If your domain name is "example.limited.com" and your admin username is "administrator" then your LDAP syntax should be cn=Administrator,cn=Users,dc=example,dc=limited,dc=com
•  URL: ldap://example.com (make sure DNS is resolvable and CA points to the correct DNS server) or else use ldap://x.x.x.x (DC IP address)
• Manager Credentials User Distinguished Name: cn=Administrator,cn=Users,dc=example,dc=limited,dc=com
• You can leave all other settings to default: 
• Add user mapping and assign permission to login user id.
