Issue/Introduction

In the ProxySG Management Console, BCWF (Blue Coat WebFilter) Communication Status has a "WARNING" in Health Monitoring:

Cause

BCWF had up to 10 download failures since the last boot. Check if the download is still failing by going to the advanced URL:

https://<IP_address>:8082/ContentFilter/Blue%20Coat/Log

 

Resolution

If the last download is successful, clear this warning  by rebooting the ProxySG appliance.
