"PCIe Training Error : Integrated RAID. System halted!" on Dell R620 Security Analytics server

Issue/Introduction:

System will not boot. The following error message is displayed on the screen:

"PCIe Training Error : Integrated RAID. System halted!"

Cause:

One of the following components may have failed:

  • The internal RAID controller
  • The slot on the motherboard that the RAID controller uses

Resolution:

Contact Blue Coat Support for assistance with a hardware RMA.

Workaround

Try reseating the internal RAID controller to see if that helps.
