After installing Sailpoint, CA Top Secret CPU usage goes up.

Resolution

TSSRPTSG reports indicates that more TSS commands are being issued after SAILPOINT was introduced.

Setting a SLIP to force a dump of the TSS address space shows that SAILPOINT is issuing thousands of TSS LIST commands in an hour.

After working with SAILPOINT support, they acknowledged that they were issuing thousands of TSS commands and will be working on a fix to make SAILPOINT more efficient.
