Management Center Generates Log Errors After a Reboot

Issue/Introduction:

After Management Center reboots, log messages are generated.
The following is an example:

2015-06-17 18:06:30,761 ERROR - Bundle org.eclipse.equinox.event_1.2.100.v20111010-1614, Exception while dispatching event org.osgi.service.event.Event [topic=com/bluecoat/cm/device/health/HEALTH_STATUS_CHANGED] to handler com.bluecoat.cm.comm[email protected]1f08d3db

Cause:

When Management Center reboots and starts to initialize, it attempts to sync to each Proxy that it has registered. While syncing to the ProxySGs, the log messages are simple notifications that syncing is occurring.

Resolution:

After Management Center is initialized and communicating with each ProxySG, the log messages stop.
