UDLD support on X-Series
Article ID: 168663
Unidirectional Link Detection (UDLD) is a data link layer proprietary protocol from Cisco Systems used to monitor the physical configuration of the cables and detect unidirectional links.
UDLD is not supported on the X-Series.
Blue Coat recommends disabling UDLD on all ports adjacent to the X-Series chassis. Failure to disable this setting may cause port flapping.
