Issue/Introduction

An authentication dialog prompts users for their username and password repeatedly even though users enter correct credentials. Then, the browser displays the following exception page:
The SAML RelayState was invalid. The AuthN request may have expired. Try to authenticate again.

The SAML service provider (SP) has a 120-second assertion timeout; thus, it returns the 401 unauthorized message if users enter correct credentials after 120 seconds.
