CA has a function to send alert notification and there are three types of notification as below.

Those three notification can be sent to the customer's machine. However the messages are always with UTC even though CA device is configured correct local time zone.
This is an example message of Syslog received. The device is configured time zone to Tokyo and our local time is 15:53[+9:00 UTC].
