Issue/Introduction
The SSL Visibility appliance has the Host Categorization license but the database will not download and can't be implemented in policy.
Cause
Host Categorization database download fails with an error.
Unable to load Host Categorization database:SSLe:Webfilter [0x3a004864;code:100;sub:72] Webfilter database could not be downloaded

Resolution
One requirement for downloading the Host Categorization database is a reachable DNS server configured on the SSL Visibility appliance.
To verify a DNS server is configured on the appliance, go to the <hostname.local_domain> menu and choose Management Network. Then verify you have IP addresses configured for both Primary Nameserver and Secondary Nameserver.
