Increase of SECCACHE size limit

Issue/Introduction

If the SECCACHE becomes full, the NOSPACE statistic starts increasing, and additional entries are add only as existing cache entries are cleaned up per defined settings.   
Has the size of SECCACHE been improved?

Resolution

After the enhancement by RO98232 applied, CA Top Secret's SECCACHE can utilize up to 10 GB of space. Multiple data spaces (if used) are utilized as a combined pool of storage.

When needed, the increased size allows sites to easily manage additional security records in the cache (avoiding performance slowdowns); however, larger sizes require more virtual/auxiliary storage and must be used appropriately.
