Task details show "Unknown error" in Malware Analysis Appliance

Cause

This error is generated in the Tasks Details when the MAA is not able to fetch the dropped file. It usually affects PDF files, but it is known that other file types could also be affected.

Resolution

This has been fixed in MAA 4.2.4.
