Hosted Reporting option missing from cloud portal

Issue/Introduction

I cannot configure Hosted Reporting because the option is not available in the ThreatPulse portal.

Cause

Hosted Reporting--the ability to upload logs from the ProxySG appliance to the Web Security Service (ThreatPulse)--is a separate cloud service entitlement that must be purchased.

During the initial registration, the service prompts you to configure the products that were purchased as part of your service agreement. If the initial configuration was never completed, then the Hosted Reporting option is missing from configurable items in the portal. 

Resolution

When purchased and properly configured, the Hosted Reporting option is available in the portal.
Service > Reporting > Hosted Reporting

The Hosted Reporting product must be configured by the primary admin.  This primary admin is the first admin created and usually the account used for the initial configuration. Have the primary admin log into the service and configure Hosted Reporting. 

If the primary admin is not available, designate another admin as the new primary. If you require assistance, contact Support.
