Getting user id not valid when trying to define a CA Endevor approver group

Issue/Introduction

I am trying to modify or create a package or approver group in CA Endevor and security is stopping the action indicating that my userid is invalid.

Component: ENDBAS

Resolution

The userid was defined with 7 numeric characters.  RACF requires that all userid must start with a valid alpha character.  Added a alpha character and all is now working correctly.
