Issue/Introduction

After installing Unified Agent, the client manager is changing the hostname to an IP.

Resolution

In ProxySG, change the client manger option to Use host instead of Use host from initial client request. This will ensure that the host name does not get changed to an IP address. 

Follow these steps to change the setting: 

  1. Log in to the ProxySG Client Manager's Management Console as an administrator.
  2. Select ProxyClient > General > Client Manager.
  3. For Host select Use host.
  4. In the space provided specify a fully qualified host name without http(s)://.
