Missing "/crossbeam/logs" and "/var/log" directories on CPM while generating 'show tech-support -bundle <File Name>' in XOS 9.6.9, 9.7.5 and 10.0.2

Login to CPM.

In CLI run "un su".

Then please, edit "/crossbeam/bin/tech-support" file on CPM as follows: 

# cp -p /crossbeam/bin/tech-support /crossbeam/bin/tech-support.orig 
# vi /crossbeam/bin/tech-support 

Find 2 lines containing "tar cf": 

tar cf ${FILENAME.EN_US}.tar tech-support > /dev/null 

and change them to: 

tar cfh ${FILENAME.EN_US}.tar tech-support > /dev/null 

Then please generate "show tech-support -bundle <filename>" again and upload to the case for review.
