Issue/Introduction

Network Time Protocol (NTP) is a networking protocol designed to synchronize the clocks of network appliance/application server over packet-switched, variable-latency data networks. 

Reporter is an application software installed on a physical server machine (Windows or Linux). NTP is not necessary in Reporter because it obtains the date/time from the server.
