In the Blue Coat cloud service portal, Solutions mode, select the Overview > Dashboard tab.  The Web Browsing per User widget displays the number of page views for any given user. Click any user; there is another area called Safe Search. This report provides the terms that the reporting module obtained by parsing the URL for request to search engines. There is a generic entry for all users called No Search Term.

No Search Term occurs when reporting is unable to ascertain the search term after parsing the URL.  You might see many entries for No Search Term, but this is not indicative of any problems.

When running reports, to exclude No Search Term, filter the report and excluding a dash (-). The dash represents what reporting uses when the search term was not identified.
