How to clear the web filtering cache

Issue/Introduction

Resolution

   1. Disable BCWF:

• Browse to Configuration > Content Filtering > General and clear Blue Coat Web Filtering.

• Click Apply.

   2. Force a database download:

• Browse to Configuration > Content Filtering > BCWF > Download Now.

   3. Enable BCWF:

• Browse to Configuration > Content Filtering > General and select Blue Coat Web Filtering.
• Click Apply.
