How to configure Reporter to send scheduled reports by email?



Step A: Configure Reporter to communicate with your e-mail servers.

  1. Access the Reporter Management Console and select Administration > General Settings > System Settings > External Servers > Email.
  2. Verify that the Email Server settings are configured to communicate with your mail servers.

Step B: Schedule a report generation.

  1. From the Reports tab, navigate to Scheduled Reports.
  2. If the report is not listed, you must run the report and click Save As to save the report.
  3. Click Schedule.
  4. Fill in the details of the schedule and click Schedule.
  5. The Scheduled Reports widget now contains the report and is sent in an email as configured.
