How to uninstall "Event Log Watch" service

Issue/Introduction
If we tried to upgrade from PIM Endpoint to PAMSC14.0, "Event Log Watch" service exists yet.

Yes, it is correct design.
If we try to install PAMSC14.0 as fresh installation, the service is not installed.
However, if we try to upgrade from PIM Endpoint to PAMSC14.0, the service is not removed.
If you would like to remove the service,
[STEP]
1: Please uncompress lic_98_uninstaller.zip in C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SharedComponents\CA_LIC folder.
2: Please run "rmlicense.bat".
*Pay attention:
PIM and PAMSC don't use "Event Log Watch(License)" service.
So you can remove the service.
However, if you have already installed other CA products, please contact the CA products support team before
removing the service.
