Director 6.1 keeps running out of disk space.

Resolution

Around the time of 6.1.4.1 we introduced new hard sizes including 320 gb drives instead of 80 drives.  To help accommodate the changes we made a few changes to how the Director is partitioned.  Prior to the change we had certain sizes dedicated, particular to /var.  Since this is where we keep all the logs, this use to fill up quickly.  Since the resize you can see the new partition where we create dedicated partitions for some but the more important one is var is under root and root is given all the free space that is available after its created the other partitions.  Meaning /var will have ample free space and wont be restricted to 9gb.  Now if you have upgrade from an earlier release that was on the old partition size, you will have to reinstall Director by a usb image to take advantage of the new partition sizes.  For this you are looking at doing an archive of Director with the key and taking it off the Director, then reinstalling and then restoring the archive.  Again I would highly recommend you verify the archive before reinstalling to make sure you will have able to restore it.
