Resolving )***ERROR*** BuildAcidRec(2903) couldn't determine 3 byte value(ÔÆÁ)

We are trying to connect our RSA IAM tool to Top Secret using the CALDAP sever as the interface. When the tool connects to the CALDAP, the task eventually crashes. It writes out the following error in the STDERR :
