Multi-link LACP group-interfaces should not use internal circuitsMulti link group-interfaces show up and do not time out even if the external link is lost.

Make LACP links time out and re-initialize if a link is lost.

In the course of configuring an LACP bundle using a group-interface, it is important that the circuit associated with the multi-link mode not be flagged as internal.

If you add the internal flag to the circuit, then the interfaces appear up to the LACP regardless of actual interface link state and therefore need to age out. This can result in a LACP bundle appearing up for several minutes after the actual interface has lost link.

If you remove the internal flag, the interfaces are brought down immediately and the LACP is triggered to update the status.
