Issue/Introduction

CLI doesn't report power supply bay status on a X40 chassisCustomer runs the "show environment" command, but cannot monitor power supply bay status.

Chassis can be identified using the following command:

Cause

Power supply monitoring wasn't available on the X40 chassis Part Number 003718 until Rev E.  The TDI Power Distribution Unit was modified to add DIP switches with revision E.

Resolution

In order to monitor power supply from CLI it is necessary to use X40 chassis Part Number 003718 Rev E and above.
