show cpu statistic command does not report CPU cores correctly

Issue/Introduction

Under certain conditions, "show cpu statistic" is randomly showing wrong CPU cores for APMs and sometimes missing CPM slot information. The CLI command is reporting wrong CPU cores for almost all APMs, even though /proc/cpuinfo on APMs is showing 8 cores.The output of the show cpu statistic command does not report correct information.

Cause

Under CPM high load conditions, the output of "show cpu statistic" command does not report correct information because the health monitor requests may timeout and information is not displayed. It doesn't mean that it is missing, it only means that particular request failed.

In such cases, CPM high load condition should be investigated using top, iostat -t, sar -b, vmstat 1, netstat -na, netstat -s, etc.
