ESP RESDEF with LASTUSED option not display all resources

Issue/Introduction

Not all resources are displayed when issuing the command:
resdef - list lastused(12/11/2017)

Note: Today's date is Dec 11, 2017

Environment

Component: ESP Workload Automation
Release: ALL

Resolution

If the time is not specified on LASTUSED option, it will be defaulted to 00:00. So if one resource has been used later, then it will not show up.

So the following should be issued:
RESDEF - LIST LASTUSED(NOW)
