Issue/Introduction

This article describes the reason for a customer not being able to view or download a Routing Software (RSW) versionRouting Software (RSW) is a restricted software that requires a license purchase.
Blue Coat policy is to enable the view and download option for a customer to each RSW version on demand after validating a license was purchased.
This includes software and documentation downloads.

Resolution

Please contact Blue Coat technical support in order to enable the download option for the RSW version.
