What is the limit for the exceptions list when using Single Sign-On (SSO) in CA Agile Central?

Resolution

The limit for the exception list when using Single Sign-On (SSO) in CA Agile Central is 1000.  This limit cannot be changed as it is a design limit but there are a couple of options that can help if you find you need to add additional users to the list. 

1.  Run a Usage Report to find out who is not using the tool anymore and then remove them.

2.  Run in Hybrid mode which will allow users to use SSO or Rally Auth, then you do not have to worry about an exceptions list.  This can be set in the profile by your Subscription Administrator.
