The Edge SWG (formerly ProxySG) is experiencing high CPU utilization and the TCP interface information (https://<proxy_IP>:8082/tcp/interface) is showing a large number of input and receive resources errors.
To resolve this issue, ensure the link settings (speed and duplex) are configured correctly for your network. Blue Coat strongly recommends using the (default) auto-negotiation feature. For more information, please refer to the SGOS Administration Guide for your version of SGOS. Check and verify the cables and switch ports and Edge SWG ports being used to ensure they are not faulty.
