Issue/Introduction
A TCP_ERR_MISS error appears in the Edge SWG (ProxySG) access log.
Cause
This entry indicates that the Edge SWG (ProxySG) appliance was unable to retrieve the object on the server side.
Resolution
- Analysis of a packet capture is required to determine why the retrieval of the object failed.
