Issue/Introduction

You received a "license expired" message while updating.

Resolution

Please try the following steps:

  1. Management Console > Subscriptions > Antivirus Vendor [ ] <-- Insert antivirus serial number in the brackets > Save changes
  2. Management Console > Antivirus > Antivirus settings > Update

ProxyAV subscription service to return valid for 30 days if no response is received from the Integration service to prevent any further expired licenses until Blue Coat completes troubleshooting the issues.  ProxyAV checks subscription at three hour intervals and the issue should resolve itself once a root cause is identified and resolved.
