Issue/Introduction

You need to download Management Information Base (MIB) files, after enabling Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) for the Edge ProxySG or Advanced Secure Gateway (ASG).

Note: To enable MIB, go to Configuration > Services > Management Services.

Resolution

To download SNMP MIB files for ProxySG/ASG, log in to the Broadcom Support Portal site, and go to "My Downloads". Search for your product and click the corresponding product link and on the next screen click the corresponding model.  On the model page use the "Release" drop-down and select your current SGOS version.  If there is no MIB download, as MIB files are only included with General Availability releases, proceed to the next lower version and repeat until you find a MIB package.
