Why isn't there a Packet Exchange Time value for DNS traffic?

Packet Exchange Time is the interval between a data packet leaving the PacketShaper and its acknowledgment (ACK) arriving. Only ACKs to data packets are counted.
Packet Exchange Time is based on TCP traffic (data packet and its acknowledgement). DNS traffic can be either TCP or UDP. Check to see if your DNS traffic is UDP only. If so, Packet Exchange Time will not be tracked.
