Why doesn't the ProxySG appliance respond to an SNMP query?

Issue/Introduction

Although you may have enabled multiple versions of SNMP under Maintenance > SNMP > SNMP General  and have verified that the SNMP trap is working fine, you must enable the SNMP service globally so that the ProxySG appliance can accept SNMP queries.

To enable the SNMP service globally, go to Configuration > Services > Management Services and select Enable.
