Why can't the Incident Reviewer view Source/Destination IP information in DLP reports?

Issue/Introduction

You have created an Incident Reviewer account on the DLP appliance, but when reviewing reports, the Source/Destination IP only shows **********

By default, this information is not visible. To edit this option and to allow the user to see the IP addresses:

  1. Click Manage System
  2. Click Administrators
  3. Click Roles
  4. Click Edit beside Incident Reviewer
  5. Click Settings in the new window
  6. Uncheck Redact Source/Destination Information

NOTE: Redact Sensitive Data is checked by default

If you notice the user is not able to view other data while viewing reports, please uncheck Redact Sensitive Data and then review the reports

NOTE: For settings to take affect the user must log out first
